About this file

The Navy seeks a contractor to perform site development including earthwork, drainage, utilities and demolition of existing structures to develop an airfield site with road access and security fencing. The contractor will also construct a water well and perform munitions response work. An option is included for construction of an aircraft parking apron and taxiways sized for 12 large aircraft with hydrant piping and fueling components. The response date for proposals was not extended and remains unchanged. Clarification was provided that only individuals with signatures attended the mandatory site visit.
