About this file
This is a Technical Information Sheet for Soli Atch (B) related to Oily Wastewater (OWW) Treatment, Recycling, and Disposal Services at Naval Base Sasebo, Japan. The document provides technical specifications and requirements for vendors responding to Request for Quotation (RFQ) N6264926QE025 issued by the Department of the Navy Naval Supply Systems Command. The solicitation seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive OWW treatment, recycling, and disposal services, which are essential for managing petroleum-contaminated wastewater generated at the naval installation.
The technical information sheet outlines the specific operational requirements, treatment processes, environmental compliance standards, and disposal protocols that successful vendors must meet. This is a competitive procurement not set-aside for small business concerns. Vendors must demonstrate technical capability to handle oily wastewater through approved treatment and recycling methods while maintaining compliance with applicable environmental regulations in Japan and U.S. Navy standards. The solicitation is issued as a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial services, meaning interested contractors should submit quotations directly without waiting for a separate formal solicitation document. All relevant FAR provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference and available at www.acquisition.gov.
