About this file

This document contains a Department of Defense Contract Security Classification Specification (DD Form 254) along with details of a related federal contract opportunity for Product Family Support Services solicited by the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center.

The DD Form 254 specifies security requirements for Contract N55236-19-R-0003, which requires the contractor to provide a full range of maintenance, repair, and technical support services across all product families at the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center facilities in San Diego, California. The contractor will require access to classified information up to the Secret level and will handle National Intelligence and Nuclear Propulsion Information. The certification signatures and distribution instructions are left blank, indicating this is a draft template.

The federal contract opportunity builds upon an existing contract and involves a cost-plus-fixed-fee arrangement. The solicitation seeks support services for engineering, maintenance, repair, and program management. The base period is 12 months with four option years. The anticipated award date is Q4 FY2019, with proposals due in late July 2018. The Naval Sea Systems Command is listed as the contracting agency.
