Answer 2: The wage determination attached to the solicitation and resulting contract is applicable to all contract performance periods, unless a new wage determination is incorporated by solicitation amendment or contract modification.
SITE VISIT
SITE VISIT INSTRUCTIONS
SWRMC is seeking small business concerns to provide intermediate-level (I-level) ship maintenance and repairs. Only small business concerns will be allowed to participate in the site visit, to include Teaming Agreements and Joint Ventures.
Using www.SAM.gov, small business verification will be conducted to verify companies attending this site visit are small businesses according to NAICS code 336611’s size standard.
If companies are participating in Teaming Agreements or Joint Ventures, state upon, “indication of participation,” of which method is being utilized and provide the Cage code and DUNS number of the small business under NAICS code 336611.
Only small business concerns, including team members and joint venture partners, will be allowed to participate in the site visit.
Participation in this site visit is optional and is not required. This site visit will be conducted at SWRMC Product Family Department production shops on Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) on 10 July 2019 starting at 8:00 am (Pacific Time) and ending at approximately 11:00 am (Pacific Time).
Due to operational commitments, the Government reserves the right to conduct only one (1) site visit for this solicitation.

All costs of attending and participating in this optional site visit are at the full expense of the participating company.
The site visit is limited to two (2) representatives per company, including team members and joint venture partners.
All representatives attending the site visit shall provide their writing materials and their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and will not be allowed to walk through SWRMC shop spaces without the following PPE:
1) appropriate industrial attire clothing to include long pants
2) closed toed shoes
No photography or recording will be allowed during the site visit.
All representatives attending site visit shall email Government POC no later than 08 July 2019 at 4:30 pm (Pacific Time) to provide:
1) Intent of participation
2) Name(s) of the representative(s) attending
3) Company’s Name
4) Company’s Cage code and DUNS number
5) Teaming Agreement or Joint Venture information (if applicable)
All representative(s) attending the site visit shall meet with a SWRMC employee on 10 July 2019 at 7:45 am (Pacific Time) at the address below:

The SWRMC employee will be outside the front doors of the NBSD Pass & Decal office and will be holding a sign titled “Product Family site visit”.
Transportation will be departing promptly at 8:00 am (Pacific Time). There will be no return trips to pick up company’s representative(s) who are not present at the address above prior to departure time.
The company’s representative(s) shall be escorted at all times by a Government employee and shall not separate from the designated SWRMC employee.
During the site visit, all questions, concerns, or requests for clarification will be submitted using Request for Specification Clarification Form (Section J, Attachment S-1) after the site visit has been completed. No questions, concerns, or requests for clarification will be answered during the site visit. All answers to submitted questions, concerns, or requests for clarification will be posted, via Amendment(s), to Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at www.FBO.gov. All questions, concerns, or requests for clarification are requested to be submitted via email no later than 17 July 2019 at 4:30 pm (Pacific Time) to Government POC. No questions, concerns, or requests for clarification will be taken by phone.
