About this file
This is Amendment 0004 to solicitation N40085-26-R-9029 for Phase V Multiple BEQ Room Entry Door Lock Repairs at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, issued by NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic on April 28, 2026. The amendment provides answers to nine questions submitted by offerors and clarifies key project requirements. The project involves installing RFID lock systems in 31 Barracks Entry Quarters (BEQs) buildings, with a Dormakaba RFID lock system specified as the basis of design. The contractor is responsible for full network infrastructure operation and all laptop upgrades, though laptops must not have Wi-Fi user access. All door and frame modifications necessary for lock installation fall within the contractor's scope of work. Buildings will remain occupied during construction, and access/phasing will be coordinated on a case-by-case basis with individual barracks managers. The anticipated project duration is 540 days with phasing to secure one building at a time while maintaining normal facility operations and minimizing interference with occupant activities. The proposal submission deadline remains unchanged, and failure to acknowledge the amendment may result in proposal rejection. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain in effect.
