About this file

This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for a Navy repair project at Camp Lejeune. Amendment No. 0004 addresses two key questions from potential contractors: 1) foundation details for M441, including confirmation that foundation drawings are attached, and 2) clarification on Buy American Act (BAA) requirements for RFID locksets. The amendment specifies that Schlage AD-302 Electronic Lock is the approved BAA-compliant RFID lockset for the project.

The solicitation (N4008525R2687) is for repairing Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) M445, with the proposal receipt deadline remaining 1300 on 8 July 2025. The project is limited to General MACC Contractors for the ROICC Camp Lejeune area of responsibility. Attached foundation drawings provide technical details for contractors, and the amendment emphasizes that failure to acknowledge this amendment may result in proposal rejection.
