CONTINUATION SHEET

1. QUESTION:

Please clarify if hospital tips and knobs are required.

ANSWER: Provide knobs in all locations except RFID locks.

2. QUESTION: During the site visit today it was observed that the water closets have

- new water closets require extended vacuum breaker tubes for the flush valves as to use the existing holes in the walls, or do we need to core drill a new hole and install the standard height (11-hole?

ANSWER: The intent is to utilize the existing holes. Therefore, flush valve lengths as described will need to be provided.

3. QUESTION: The chilled water piping sizes shown on drawing M-802 do not reflect what is shown on drawing, M-401, and M-112. Drawing M-from CH-1 Chiller. Drawing M- CH-1 Chiller. Which pipe diameter is correct?

ANSWER: 4" CHW piping is correct.

4. QUESTION: The heating hot water piping sizes shown on drawing M-803 do not reflect what is shown on drawing M-401 & M-112. Drawings M-401 & M-water coming from the mechanical building, Drawing M-803 heating hot water diagram shows

ANSWER: 2" HW piping is correct.

5. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
