About this file
This is a Price Schedule document (Revision 2, dated 21 May 2025) for a design-bid-build project to repair the Ammunition Rail Trestle and Culvert at Naval Weapons Station Earle in Colts Neck, New Jersey. The price schedule includes multiple line items with specific unit prices and quantities for various construction activities, including mobilization, traffic control, compaction grouting, concrete repairs, culvert work, and site restoration. The document provides a detailed breakdown of pricing for 13 different contract line items (CLINs), with quantities measured in units such as cubic yards (CY), linear feet (LF), and square feet (SF). The total pricing is to be determined by bidders filling in the blank unit price spaces, with the award to be made on the total sum of Contract Line Item 0001.
The pricing structure includes specific technical work elements such as compaction grouting on the railroad embankment, sinkhole remediation, multiple types of concrete repairs, installing cofferdams, culvert patching, geopolymer lining placement, and site restoration. The document includes general bid notes indicating that the government may reject offers that are materially unbalanced, and requires a performance bond reflecting 100 percent of the aggregate amount of all items. Bidders are instructed to carefully enter unit prices, with provisions for how discrepancies between unit prices and total prices will be resolved.
