Refer to drawings for Design Option(s) criteria.

5. Tenants of AS710 and AS4000 will require the storage of existing equipment and various items in conditioned spaces off-Base. The Contractor shall move the tenant’s equipment and items off Base and back to its original building. The Contractor must coordinate with the user the final location of each item. For bidding purposes estimate the following square footage needs for each building:

a) AS710: 1,000 SF

b) AS4000: 1,000 SF

6. The tenants in both buildings will vacate the buildings during renovation see Workflow Process in Chapter 2.

7. General Statements for the design of Buildings AS710 and AS4000:

a) Fully review all parts of the RFP package.

b) Abate and dispose of all lead and asbestos containing material (ACM) identified during the sampling to be performed in Project 19-0065. For planning purposes, assume the presence of ACM and lead in all associated project buildings.
