About this file

This amendment provides updated site visit information and COVID-19 screening requirements for a solicitation seeking design-bid-build services to replace an aging river water cooling system at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Navy seeks a contractor to design and install a new 8,200 gallon per minute cooling tower with up to 75 million BTU heat rejection capacity to support research, testing, and evaluation activities. The performance period is decreased to 15 days for commencement but increased to 400 days for completion. Prescreening and safety protocols are outlined for all vendor visits during the pandemic.
