with a list of all employees requiring access by 2:00 PM ET on Tuesday, 07 July 2020. Your sponsor will send this to the Pass & ID Office so that your company information can be entered into the DBIDS system.

Pass & ID Office Location and Instructions: - Two (2) Methods Available for Picking Up Passes / Badges

The Pass & ID Office is located in Building 384. It opens at 6 AM and is located just inside Gate 1 on the right.

Please be aware that there is a very limited amount of parking by this office; you may find it necessary to park off the Shipyard and walk in. To enter the Pass & ID Office, please use the walkway on the right hand side of Gate 1.

NOTE: Masks are required to be worn to enter the Pass & ID Office.

Option 1 - After entering the office, follow the line around the corner to the left. Let the greeter at that desk know why you are there and they will issue a ticket for you. Your ticket number will be called to a window for service.

It is recommended to come to the Pass and ID Office two business days ahead of time to complete initial background screenings. This will help ensure access is granted in time for the site walk. We cannot predict how busy the Pass Office will be, and the wait is sometimes long. Waiting until the day of the site visit to register may result in access not being granted in time to attend the site walk.

Option 2 - The Pass and ID Office has begun using a digital line system to schedule visits ahead of time via an App.

The App is called QLess Mobile Queuing and can be accessed on both Android and IOS Smart Phones. It can be downloaded by searching the term “QLess” in the App store. It can also be accessed through your desktop computer web browsers via the following link: https://kiosk.na4.qless.com/kiosk/app/home/191.

Once you make an appointment, the program will utilize both text and email notifications to keep you updated. The attached brochure provides further information, and will be available at the Pass Office.

If you arrive at the Pass Office on a walk-in basis without a scheduled appointment, the Pass Office greeters will place you into the queue (line) and inform you when your appointment is. If you provide the greeter with your cell phone number, you will also receive text notifications.

During the current pandemic, this platform is ideal for providing scheduled appointments and will help maximize social distancing by minimizing the amount of personnel inside the Pass Office.

Attachment “Virtual Line at Pass Office” provides additional details regarding the Pass and ID scheduling system and provides the QR code to access the app download.

Please follow up with your Shipyard Sponsor if you have any questions.
