Are there specific manufactures, brands, that are required for Low Voltage Data Cabling (Cat6, Cat6A, Single or Multi Mode Fiber)

No

There are some Cable Location that don't have a (U) or a(S) so what do these require as far as cabling? Did these just get missed and need a cable designation? Example – 3rd drawing section – 1st floor area B, several desks not identified.

See updated drawings re-issued as a part of Amendment #0011. Non-labeled devices default to a “U”

What are the clarifications for pre-approval of subcontractors that may be utilized? Is Pre-Approval needed prior to bid, or a post award.

Bid per RFP

Is this a Prevailing Wage for Division

Bid per RFP

675 4 11 01 50 2.1 The interior fall protection specification states that the system will be designed for three useres per line, on line each over fuselage and wings as illustrated on the structural drawings. These areas are not noted on the structural drawings, S152 C3 notes a D-ring attachement point at the antenna platform but does not note any other fall protection locations. Please clarify.

09 97 13.27 1.4.6.8 The qualifications for the coating contractor is indicates as SSPC QP1.

This certification is for field applications (which we assume would be relegated to touchup of the steel).

Bid per RFP. See AE616

05 12 00 2.6.2 Section 05 12 00 - 2.6.2 requires the use a AISC certified contractors carrying the SPE1 certification for Sophisticated Paint. Is the intent that the we will need both the AISC SPE1 certification and the SSPC QP1/QP3 certifications (per 09 97 13.27) to apply the shop applied coatings, or if the steel contractor is SPE1 we do not need the SSPC QP1 and QP3 certifications, meaning we just need one set of certifications or the other? Please clarify.

Bid per RFP.
