About this file
This document is an Amendment (Amendment 0011) to the Navy's N4008025R9500 Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). The amendment provides comprehensive revisions and clarifications to the original solicitation, including updates to specification sections, design documents, and responses to potential proposers' inquiries. Key changes span multiple technical areas such as telecommunications infrastructure, building systems, flooring specifications, AV systems, and construction requirements.
Notable amendments include revisions to specification sections like 31 00 00 (earthwork), 22 00 00 (plumbing), and 26 56 20 (airport lighting), as well as updates to various drawings including TS101, T-601, and AE615. The document addresses specific technical questions about project scope, such as fiber optic cabling requirements, conduit installations, commissioning processes, and site access constraints. Significant clarifications were made regarding certification requirements for contractors, particularly for resinous flooring installations, with certain SSPC certification requirements being removed to broaden potential contractor participation.
