The amendment provides responses to three Requests for Information (RFIs). The first clarifies that Phase I proposals should only include Factors 1, 2, 4, and 5 of the Technical Proposal, and those Offerors in the Competitive Range will be invited to submit a separate Phase II proposal with Factor 3. The second response states that contractors, subcontractors, and designers should possess ECATTS course certificates for Roofing. The third response indicates that a site visit will be held in Phase II. No other changes are made to the solicitation.
