About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for a design-build project to replace chillers, controls, and install chiller catwalks at the National Maritime Intelligence Center in Suitland, Maryland. The Navy is seeking to comprehensively replace the building's central utility plant equipment, chiller system components excluding condenser water, and the existing HVAC control system for all major equipment and distribution in the building. The design-build solicitation includes performance requirements and a 15% design equivalent. This amendment incorporates the Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors clause and changes the issuing office to the Naval Facilities Engineering Command in Washington, D.C.
