About this file
This amendment modifies a solicitation for a design-build project to replace chillers and controls at the National Maritime Intelligence Center in Suitland, Maryland. The scope of work includes comprehensive replacement of the central utility plant equipment and systems, replacement of the existing chiller system components except for condenser water equipment and distribution, and replacement of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning controls system for all major equipment, distribution, and terminal equipment in the building.
