30 days.

However, those document hyperlinks are pictures instead of attachments. Will the Government please provide the requested documents as separate attachments?
We will provide the word version of the document, so the embedded files can be opened.
Attachment 2 - Price Schedule
ACP Engineer Option Clin The ACP Engineer Option CLIN is no longer applicable but still included in Attachment 2 Price Schedule. Will the Government please modify Attachment 2 to reflect the removal?
Will post revised Attachment 2
PWS Section 4.2.1; Appendix B, Section 2.3.1
The NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Remedy system will automatically generate Service Calls thirty (30) days in advance of a Preventive Maintenance Inspection based upon the Contractor’s submitted DED A017 “Maintenance Plan.” This Service Call, in conjunction with the PMI Checklist, shall be used by the Contractor to document work performed during the maintenance activity in the AT/FP Ashore Remedy System. The Contractor shall update the Work Log and resolve the Service Call within the Target Time for Problem Resolution established in Table 4.
Appendix B, 2.3.1: In accordance with the Contract PWS, the contractor shall notify the Navy 311 Help Desk at least 30 days in advance of a preventive maintenance task in order to have a service call created and assigned back to the contractor.
Will the Government clarify if Remedy automatically generates the service call or is the Contractor required to call the help desk and ask for them to generate a service call?
Assuming that the Contractor's Preventive Maintenance schedule has been successfully uploaded to Remedy with sufficient time to accommodate the 30-advance notification requirement, the Remedy system automatically generates the notifications of upcoming Service Calls. No further action (i.e., requests to the help desk) is required of the Contractor.
DED A017 Section 2.2.g
Requirement states the Contractor’s Maintenance Plan to include a “Plan and Schedule for each NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Program System.” Is it the Government’s intent offerors are to submit a Plan and Schedule as part of the proposal Draft A017 detailing all systems identified in Appendix C, to include tasks at the system component level, for the first year of performance? Considering the 86,000+ assets listed in Appendix M, such a schedule would present challenges for inclusion within page limitations and constructs of a proposal submission.
No. A schedule and list of Preventive Maintenance actions (PMI Checklist) for each system in the Appendix M are provided as GFI at the time of award.
The Contractor need only address in their proposal Draft A017 their strategy/plan for servicing of NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Program systems.
Attachment 2 Labor, Materials, and SLA tabs;
PWS 1.4
The revised draft RFP identifies Automated ACP as a sustainment task, the revised pricing file still identifies Automated ACP out as an option. Will the Government provide an updated pricing file?
Yes.
RFP Section L, 1.2 Will the Government clarify the Option 5 identified in 1.2 Acquisition Environment?
This paragraph has been revised as a result of moving the Automated ACP Engineer/ Developer Support from an option to base work. Option 5 no longer exists in each of the annual options.
PWS Attachment 9, Section 4.6
The Contractor is to “maintain configuration management of all NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Program systems/equipment in accordance with the government provided NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Configuration Management Plan.” Will the Government provide this plan for contractor to reference during proposal response?
The document has restrictive markings.
The government will provide the Configuration Management Plan upon award, but does not believe that the CM Plan should impact the Offeror's proposal. Please advise if you believe it is needed for bidding purposes.
