Our team is comprised of a small business prime, and a large business sub.We are working to develop some Past Performance data for the large business subcontractor to be included with our response. Is there a required format for this document? Or, are you aware of a site where I can find a template?

We would like to have the time to properly review the CBA, discuss the CBA with the union, place the CBA in our pricing model, and subsequently review that model to assure that the government is getting the best possible pricing for that line item of the RFP.
For the reasons noted above we respectfully request an extension of the due date for Submission of Offers to be August 5, 2016. Please provide confirmation of the extension via Amendment to the Solicitation.
ANSWER: An amendment was posted on 18 July 2016 extending the due date to 03 August 2016. The next amendment will extend the due date further to 12 August 2016.
4. Is it acceptable to include subcontractor MECSP information in our submittal or only Prime Contractor MECSP information?
