Instructions Instructions to Prime Contractors for completing Attachment xx Fully Burdened Labor Rates

| A | Offeror Name | Enter the Offeror (Prime's name or Subcontractor's name) in this field to distinguish between the companies |
| B | Proposed Labor Category (Furnished by Government) | Enter the Proposed Labor Category, as recorded in the Prime or Subcontractor's accounting system, that correlates to each of the Government solication Labor Category on that row. Spell and format entry the same every time it is used on the template (for example, when it relates to the Prime Offeror's rates on one row and to a Subcontractor's rates on another row). If the Offeror determines that no personnel will be proposed to perform work defined by one of the Government Estimate Labor Categories listed, enter "NA". |
| C | Individual Designator* | For each individual Contractor employee proposed; enter a different Identifing title in the form of FTE## (e.g. FTE01, FTE02, etc.) for each individual to distinguish them from one another. Do not enter the individual's name into the template; rather, provide that information separately. Enter one FTE# for EACH indiviual proposed. (The number of FTE's must coordinate with the submitted P-6 for evaluation purposes.) |
