About this file
This is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) document addressing clarifications on a federal contract solicitation.
The document confirms several solicitation updates: the TE-1 Representative Customer List remains unchanged, the Performance Work Statement (PWS) has been updated to remove tailgate references, and pilferable materials requirements (DD 1907) will be removed. Period of performance dates have been corrected to reflect 1 September 2026 through 31 August 2027 for the 12-month option and 1 September through 29 February for the 6-month option. Technical Exhibits (TE-15 and TE-19) showing projected workload information were submitted to Contracting on 26 September 2025, and updated Technical Exhibits have been sent to Contracting. The proposal submission deadline has been extended to 23 March 2026 to allow time for Ability One Commission approval of the NIB supply list and Source America review, as requested by PCSI. Additionally, Section 1.6.2 has been amended to include Juneteenth as a federal holiday. Question 7 regarding changes to the customer list in award TE-1 received no answer in this document.
