The solicitation will be full and open competition under North American Industry Classification System code 541511 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The Navy intends to make one indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity award for up to ten years including a base period of five years and two option periods of three and two years respectively. Contract award is estimated for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2019.
