This document provides a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for a Global Positioning System (GPS)-based Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Service (GPNTS) software support contract. The QASP outlines acceptable quality levels for 40 contract deliverables across performance objectives of quality, schedule, and cost. Deliverables include software specifications, plans, reports, source code, manuals, and matrices. Acceptable quality is determined by factors such as completeness, accuracy, and grammatical errors. Performance will be monitored by the Contracting Officer's Representative and contractors must meet specified acceptable quality levels to receive satisfactory ratings. Rework may be required for deliverables that do not meet these levels. The QASP establishes a methodology for assessing contractor performance against defined standards.
