About this file
This document outlines a performance incentive fee plan applicable to provisioned item order material under a Department of the Navy contract. The contractor may earn incentive fees on a semi-annual basis for early delivery of material. Fees are calculated as a percentage of the value of on-time deliveries, with higher percentages awarded for deliveries made by each ship's A-90 date. The plan establishes 14 evaluation periods and details the reporting and modification processes for determining and obligating earned fees on a periodic basis.
