Please identify the specific sites from which the aircraft will come for these inspections for each year. | A list of projected ACIs by Home Site and Fiscal Year (FY), dated 5 Aug 2015, will be posted to FEDBIZOPPs along with updated/revised Airframe Overhaul Projections. |
| 278 | 1. Please identify by bureau number for the FY12-FY14 timeframe the following: |
a. Dates during which the aircraft could not fly due to:
i. Depot inspection and overhaul
ii. Engine inspection and overhauls

| The information requested in this question is unreleasable. | |
| 279 | 1. Section H, H-1 Reduced Payments for Mission Capable (MC) rate pay adjustments. The previous RFP based the reduced payments as a factor of the Base Operations Support CLINs which did not include parts/material costs. The current RFP bases reduced payments on the Site Operation Requirements CLINs which does include parts/materials. The addition of parts/materials significantly increased the reduced payments for every percent below the 80% minimum requirement. |
a. Please clarify why the government chose to significantly increase the Reduced Payment amount so bidders can understand all the risk associated with this metric.
| The requirement is as stated in the solicitation. | |
