DATA REQUIREMENTS SUBSTANTIATION

SECTION I. IDENTIFICATION. If known, number. Otherwise, enter the contract number or purchase enter a reference to the data call notification_ Include the nomenclature of the system or item being acquired.

SECTION 11. DD FORM 1423 ENTRIES. Enter the appropriate information in items 1 through 16. If you are using a one-time DID, this form.

With your data request, advise the data manager to what degree delivery of data, or portions thereof, can be deferred.
