About this file
This draft request for proposals solicits bids for the Squad Binocular Night Vision Goggle system. Key details include the Marine Corps Systems Command seeking industry feedback on the draft package. Once comments are addressed, the final RFP will be posted on FBO to solicit proposals. The RFP requires night vision goggles and associated equipment meeting detailed technical and performance specifications. Offerors must demonstrate design approach, manufacturing capabilities, and integrated product support plans. Small business participation goals and past performance on relevant DoD contracts must also be addressed. Pricing will be evaluated separately from technical factors. The anticipated contract type is fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity.
Pre-Solicitation Draft Request for Proposal for the SBNVG program.
