2. Cancellation. FRCEASTINST 5200.6C.
3. Summary of Changes. Updated references, competency titles and codes.
4. Background. The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC East) is required to prepare and submit packages containing proposed aircraft and engine labor standards, material prices, and turnaround (TAT) times to the Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC) per references (a) and (b) . This task is performed annually on aircraft and engines by type/model/series (TMS) as reflected in the annual COMFRC guidance letter. It is essential that all data contained within these packages be as accurate as possible since they form the basis for workload and prices negotiated by facility representatives at the Workload Standards (WLS) Review Conference with COMFRC and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM). A close, united effort of all responsible persons is required to ensure that all factors are recognized and incorporated in its development.
5. Responsibilities
a. Director of Operations (Code 6.0DB)
(1) Serves as the central point of contact in communicating COMFRC guidance.
"UNSURPASSED SERVICE TO THE FLEET AND RELENTLESS FOCUS ON QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT
