About this file

This Request for Information (RFI) from the USAF seeks industry feedback on the ability to secure licensing agreements for F117-PW-100 Engine technical documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Responses are due by 4pm CT on March 5, 2025, to three specified USAF email addresses.

The RFI is related to an upcoming F117 Engine Sustainment Support (ESS) opportunity, which includes a second Industry Day scheduled for August 5, 2024, at Embassy Suites in Oklahoma City, with virtual attendance options. The licensing requirements include specific technical documentation such as the Pratt & Whitney F117 Interactive DVD (containing Engine Manual, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Service Bulletins), Maintenance Manual, Standard Practices Manual, Component Maintenance Manuals, Manual and Parts Catalog Index, Internal Engineering Notices, Engineering Authorizations, and Designated Engineering Repairs. The Air Force is also inquiring about access to additional technical data beyond Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICAs) needed for MRO duties.
