The Lease term shall be for a five (5)-year term, with the potential for five (5) additional one (1)-year annual renewal options, for a total potential lease term of ten (10) years.

Subject to offers received and in accordance with Section 2.12 of this RLP, the Navy shall have unilateral discretion for the number of additional one (1)-year renewal options that may be awarded, in addition to the standard initial five (5)-year lease term. The Navy may terminate this Lease without cost and in the best interests of the Navy, in whole or in part, upon providing ninety (90) days’ written notice to the Offeror. Termination shall be at no cost to the Navy unless the Lessor has incurred documented, reasonable, and necessary TI costs prior to the termination date that have not been reimbursed or amortized through rental payments. In such a case, the Navy shall compensate the Lessor for the unpaid portion of such TI costs as the sole termination fee. The Lessor must submit a detailed itemization of these costs, along with supporting documentation, within sixty (60) days of the Navy’s termination notice. Any disputed amounts shall be subject to resolution in accordance with the Disputes clause of the Lease and as detailed in Attachment D.

All terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail throughout the term of the Lease.

The Navy reserves the right to award additional Leases using this RLP as required.”

Item 2: Attachment G – Proposal to Lease Space Form and associated Table 1 for Item 17.

Space Offered and Rates is hereby amended and attached to this Amendment No. 2 to reflect the update in Item 1.

Item 3: RLP Section 1.3.A is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

“1.3 COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR SPACE

A. Space offered shall comply with all applicable building codes and life and safety criteria described in Attachment A and in the Philippines. In the event that applicable building codes and life and safety criteria described in this RLP conflict, the more stringent shall apply. With respect to the specific building codes and life and safety criteria applicable to the Department of Defense for fire protection as described further in Section 5.0 and Attachment A, Offeror is required to obtain a valid Certificate of Occupancy or certification from a U.S. Qualified Fire Protection Engineer that the proposed space is compliant with applicable criteria in this RLP.”

Item 3: The sub-sections of Section 2.1 How to Offer are incorrectly lettered. Sub-sections D, E, F, D, and E should be A, B, C, D, and E. Section 2.1 is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:

“2.1 HOW TO OFFER

A. Offers must be received no later than 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time on Friday, 14

November 2025, and must remain open until award. Be advised that award may be made based on initial offers without discussion. Discussions may be held with Offerors in the competitive range, should one be established. Offers shall be submitted electronically via email to DoD Secure Access File Exchange (SAFE) website https://safe.apps.mil/. In order to submit a proposal through the DoD SAFE website, Offerors must request the RECO’s designated representatives identified in this RLP LI-14305 to initiate a ‘Request a Drop-Off’. Offerors must initiate this request via email to Zach Schuhart at zachary.t.schuhart2.civ@us.navy.mil and Barbara Buckhalter at barbara.buckhalter@salasobrien.com. Offerors shall then receive an automated email from DoD SAFE containing the instructions for uploading the file(s). Instructions on how to use DoD SAFE can be found here:

https://safe.apps.mil/. Please note the drop-off link expiration in the instructions and be sure to request drop-off links in advance of need, but not too far in advance to avoid it being expired when ready to use. Submissions must be received by the due date and time listed above. Offerors are responsible for ensuring successful electronic delivery and should submit offers prior to the stated deadline to allow for any electronic delays.

B. Format of Offer: Offers must be divided into two separate parts, Part A, Cover Letter with Rental Offer and Part B, Technical Data. On the subject line of all submittals, offers must be marked with the RLP number, “RLP LI-14305”. If Offeror elects to make multiple offers, each submission must be submitted via DoD SAFE website separately. Offers, and any subsequent modifications of offers thereof, shall be submitted via DoD SAFE website addressed to the RECO on or before the due date for offers. Offers shall conform to all instructions set forth in this RLP. Modifications of offers may also be submitted via the DoD SAFE website to Zach Schuhart at zachary.t.schuhart2.civ@us.navy.mil and Barbara Buckhalter at barbara.buckhalter@salasobrien.com on or before the due date for offers.

C. PART A, Cover Letter with Rental Offer:

The Offeror shall include with its proposal a dated cover letter on its letterhead stationery formally responding to the RLP. The cover letter shall be signed by the Offeror and all persons or entities, other than limited partners, who shall have a financial interest in the project. Erasures or other changes on the cover letter must be initialed by the person(s) signing the offer. Pages should be numbered. The letter should reference this RLP by “RLP LI-14305” and contain the information listed below.

1. The name of the Offeror and confirmation that the Offeror and owner are not U.S.

Navy employees.

2. Name, email and telephone number(s) of the person(s) authorized to negotiate and execute any resulting Lease as well as at least one (1) alternate point of contact with email and telephone number.

3. Written acknowledgement and permission to represent other owners for the same RLP if a leasing agent or owner’s representative is presenting buildings for multiple ownership groups.

4. Appropriate evidence of ownership of the property. If the Offeror is not the owner, provide evidence of the Offeror’s authority to act for the property owner.

Offer signed by an agent shall be accompanied by an original signed document evidencing the agent’s authority to offer the Leased space. If the offer is a sublease, the Offeror must include appropriate documentation to support the owner’s acknowledgement of the RLP and approval for the Offeror to propose the property for lease.

5. Identification and location of the property offered.

6. Confirmation the space shall meet all minimum specifications, provisions, clauses, terms and conditions of the RLP and Lease, and that the offer remains valid through award unless earlier withdrawn. Include acknowledgement that all pages of the RLP including Attachments were received by the Offeror.

7. Completed rental offer and breakdown using Attachment G, Proposal to Lease Space. Total annual rent for each year of the five (5)-year initial term must be a fixed level amount and must include all applicable taxes and items listed in 1.1 B “Utilities, Maintenance & Services”. Rent shall be paid at a quarterly frequency and in advance. The Navy prefers for rent to be paid semi-annually but this is not a requirement.

8. Cost proposal for all tenant improvements (TI) contemplated in the Offeror’s proposal to meet Navy requirements. The cost proposal for TI should include an itemized breakdown of all work to be performed as well as identify ancillary costs such as design and Value Added Tax (VAT). The Navy defines “tenant improvements” or “TI” as modifications or alterations made to a leased property to customize it for the tenant’s specific needs and business operations.

9. Offerors which are entities registered in the U.S. or a Joint Venture (JV) registered in the U.S. shall complete Attachment E, GSA Form 3518, Representations and Certifications (initial all pages) and include in their submission. Paragraph 12 of Attachment E is referring Offerors to ensure they are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) system at https://sam.gov/. Section 1.8 of this RLP references this with useful instructions to register in SAM as well.

D. PART B, Technical Data: Include a summary which provides the following:

1. Explanation of how the proposed space shall provide an efficient layout for the related space requirement described in Attachment A, including location of space within the building. Preferred documentation is a layout sketch at 1/8” =1’ scale (or larger standard scale) showing location and measurement of existing and/or proposed windows, loading dock(s), entrances and exits of the building, type of construction, interior finishes of walls and ceilings in all habitable rooms, corridors and exit-ways within the space. The proposed location of all spaces should be described in ANSI/BOMA square meter measurements. Offeror should provide a description and location of parking and indicate which spaces are reserved for Navy use or shared by other tenants. Offerors should provide a description of exterior door construction, direction, and lock type. Offerors should further provide available Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings upon request.

2. A location map and statement of distance from the NSD Compound Entrance Gate located at Argonaut Hwy, Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo, Zambales, Philippines as described in Attachment B, Area of Consideration. Offered location must be within 16 kilometers (10 miles) driving distance from the NSD Compound Entrance Gate.

3. A high-level schedule that details delivery of a complete and useable space ready for Navy occupancy, subject to award of Lease. As applicable, the Navy’s preferred milestones in the high level schedule consist of (1) date of final layout approval by the Navy, (2) 60% completion date, (3) date when Offeror can install systems and furniture, fixtures and equipment, (4) date when Navy telephone/data equipment can be installed, (5) date when Navy can move equipment into space, (6) date of preliminary acceptance inspection, and (7) date space shall be complete and useable for the Navy to occupy. This high-level level will be incorporated into the lease terms.

4. A brief narrative that discloses all deviations from the current local building codes for new structures, including those permitted by so-called “grandfather clauses.”

5. A brief narrative that explains whether and how the property has addressed compliance with the security standards as described in this RLP.

6. A brief narrative that explains exterior landscaping and drainage direction.

7. Interior and exterior photos of the existing facilities.

8. Three (3) narratives demonstrating the Offeror’s ability to successfully accomplish the required TI and manage the Lease addressing 1) utilities, 2) maintenance and 3) janitorial services. These examples will be for evaluation purposes only.

9. A completed Attachment H, Form 12000 Prelease Fire Protection and Life Safety Evaluation.

10. A completed Attachment I, Seismic Offer Forms.

11. Any other information (such as a fact sheet, color photograph, site plan, location map, and tax parcel map) in cases of multiple tax parcels for an offered building, etc., in order for the Navy to perform a complete and adequate analysis of the offered property. Such information may also be requested by the Navy, and in such circumstances, shall be submitted by the Offeror within five (5) working days of the request.

E. Refer to Attachment F, GSA Form 3516 Solicitation Provisions, for additional instructions. If additional information is needed, the RECO (or the RECO’s designated representative) should be contacted at the email addresses listed on the cover of this

RLP.”

Item 4: Offerors considering submitting proposals that include new construction, in whole or in part, should be aware of the following parameters:

1. Lease vs. Construction: This Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) solicits offers to lease space, not to construct facilities. Offerors proposing facilities that consist of, or partially include, new construction must understand that the Navy will not consider any costs associated with the construction of a substantially complete building shell to be eligible for tenant improvement (TI) cost reimbursement. The Navy will only consider proposals for TIs that are within a completed shell.

2. Lease Option Agreement: If an offer of new construction is selected for award, the Navy may, at its sole discretion and subject to the availability of annual appropriations, enter into a Lease Option Agreement. The specific terms and conditions of such an option agreement, including the commencement date of the lease, are subject to offers received and negotiation with the Navy. The Navy retains the unilateral right to exercise or not exercise any such lease option. The Navy has no liability in the event that an option is not exercised.

3. Definition of Substantial Completion: For the purposes of this RLP, "Substantial Completion" means that the building shell meets the following minimum requirements:

The building shell is structurally sound and compliant with applicable code.

The building shell is watertight, with a completed roof and exterior walls.

Basic utility connections (electricity, water, and sewer) are stubbed into the building shell in accordance with applicable codes and regulations, ready for TI connections.

The site and building shell are free of any hazardous materials.

All permits and inspections necessary for occupancy are completed.

Upon achieving Substantial Completion, the awarded Offeror would be required to submit a "Substantial Completion Notice," along with detailed supporting documentation acceptable to the Navy's Real Estate Contracting Officer (RECO) for review and concurrence. The Navy's exercise of any lease option is contingent upon the RECO's determination that Substantial Completion has been achieved, and further subject to the availability of annual appropriations.

4. TI Cost Applicability: TI costs eligible for reimbursement are strictly limited to those costs incurred to meet the requirements detailed in Attachment A – Minimum Facility Requirements within a facility that has achieved Substantial Completion."

Item 5: The latest list of Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs), including those asked during the virtual Industry Day, are included with this Amendment No. 2.

Item 6: Per PPI requests, a hazardous materials (HAZMAT) list is further attached to this Amendment No. 2 for review.

Item 7: A special thanks to all those who attended the virtual Industry Day 15 Oct. The slides that were presented are further attached to this Amendment No. 2 for review.

All other terms and conditions of RLP LI-14305 remain unchanged.

Question # Offeror Question (Please refer to specific sections to support review and response from Navy) Navy Response

1 The Sam.gov site mentions 15 October for an Industry Day but has no other details about specific location or registration process. Could you please provide us with the information or where to find that information.

The Industry Day will be 8am 15 Oct Singapore Standard Time (2pm 14 Oct HT).

2 Can we submit multiple offers for this requirement with different locations within the 10-mile radius? Yes, you can submit multiple offers. Please be sure to submit each as their own, separate proposal, following the directions provided in RLP Section 2.1 How to Offer.

3 Is it possible for this requirement to be set aside for SDVOSB or other small business categories? This is not applicable for this RLP.

4 Is it acceptable to propose multiple warehouse locations within the SBMA area in a single offer to accommodate the requirements?

If your proposal involves multiple warehouse locations, it will only be considered if all proposed warehouses are located on the same property and collectively meet the requirements outlined in the Solicitation for Offers (RLP). If you intend to propose separate warehouse locations on different properties, please submit separate proposals for each location.

5 I have a few questions regarding the Industry Day for RLP LI 14305. Will there be a link generated for sign-up/attendance of this meeting? And if so, when and how can we expect to receive the link?

Please see Question #1. Also the link information is in Amendment 1 to the RLP.

6 Could you please confirm whether any socioeconomic set-aside (e.g., SDVOSB) applies to this RLP—or, if not, whether there are recommended avenues for SDVOSB participation you would encourage (e.g., engagement with the NAVFAC small business office/OSBP, visibility for ancillary or subsequent service procurements that may be competed separately, or voluntary small-business outreach within the lease performance framework)?

This is not applicable for this RLP.

7 The base documents reference within 16 km (10 mi) of the NSD Compound Entrance Gate (Argonaut Hwy) inside

SBMA. Amendment 1 text appears to reference a different figure in one section.

- Could you please confirm the governing distance for this RLP?

- Additionally, should Offerors measure the distance straight-line (radius) or by drivable road?

Thank you for catching this error. The delineated area requirement is 16 km (10 mi) and this distance is on a drivable road.

Document LI-14305_ATT A_MINIMUM FACILITY REQUIREMENTS 30 Sep, states that "be located within 48 kilometers (30 miles) of the Naval Supply Depot (NSD) Compound Entrance Gate located at Argonaut Hwy, Subic Bay

Freeport Zone, Olongapo, Zambales, Philippines."

Our question is "Please advise if it suppose to state “or” rather than "and" as SBMA does not extend 48 kms".

Please refer to Question #7.

9 The RLP states that Offers for RLP LI-14305 are due by 14 November 2025 at 11:59 PM Hawaii Standard Time.

Could the Government confirm whether there is a possibility of an extension to the submission deadline?

At this time, there is no confirmation the solicitation will be extended.

REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSAL (RLP) LI-14305 ATTACHMENT J - PRE-PROPOSAL INQUIRY (PPI) FORM

All pre-proposal inquiries (PPI) should be marked with "RLP LI-14305" in the subject line and submitted to zachary.t.schuhart2.civ@us.navy.mil and barbara.buckhalter@salasobrien.com. All questions and clarifications submitted will be reviewed and answered in a timely manner. All PPIs and answers provided by the Department of the Navy (DoN) will be made available for all interested parties to review as an

Amendment to the RLP and posted on SAM.gov. Offeror name and contact information will not be included or shared in the Amendment.

RLP LI-14305 Pre-Proposal Inquiries

10 RLP Section 1.1 (a)(3) states that the Navy prefers for offered space to be ready for beneficial occupancy no later than

30 September 2026.

Could the Government confirm whether the beneficial occupancy date is flexible? What is the maximum allowable extension period the Government would allow for the beneficial occupancy date?

The Navy prefers to occupy a space prior to 30 Sep 2026, but will consider offers providing space after that date.

Please note that the timeline for space delivery is an Evaluation Factor for determining which offers to award. Please refer to RLP section 2.9.A.4 "Factor 4 – Delivery Time of Complete & Useable Space: The Navy prefers a beneficial occupancy date for the facility described in Attachment A no later than 30 September 2026. The evaluation will consider the credibility and realism of the proposed delivery schedule, with offers demonstrating a higher degree of confidence in meeting the desired occupancy date being evaluated more favorably."

11 RLP Section 2.3 states that Offerors may submit offers that are alternative to the requirements of the RLP and attachments at their own discretion. Acceptance of an alternative offer is a unilateral decision made solely at the disrection of the Navy.

Could the Government confirm whether new builds will be accepted under an alternative submission?

New builds can be submitted; however, the government will not pay for the construction of new builds, only the tenant improvements required to meet

Government-specific requirements. The tenant improvements proposed must be described in detail and submitted per Item 18 of Attachment G.

12 RLP Attachment F Section 1(c)(7) states that Offerors may submit proposals that depart from stated requirements and should clearly identify why the acceptance of the proposal would be advantageous to the Government.

Could the Government confirm whether a build-to-suit (BTS) proposal will be accepted as long as it includes how the space will meet the Navy's requirements?

Please refer to Question #11. In addition, the proposal must detail out how it will meet the Government's requirements, per RLP section 1.0 Summary of Minimum

Requirements, including the referenced Attachment A.

13 RLP Section 1.1 (a)(3) states that the Navy prefers for offered space to be ready for beneficial occupancy no later than

30 September 2026.

Could the Government confirm whether schedule relief would be considered before termination for default?

In accordance with Section 2.1, Subsection D, Item 3, Offerors are required to submit a high-level schedule that supports proposed occupancy of a complete and useable space. Offerors should be realistic in their proposed schedule and provide supporting documentation to justify proposed beneficial occupancy date.

After award, in the event there is schedule slip during completion of the TIs, Offeror would be required to provide an updated schedule to the Navy to justify updated beneficial occupancy date.

14 RLP Section 1.1 (a)(3) states that the Navy prefers for offered space to be ready for beneficial occupancy no later than

30 September 2026.

Could the Government confirm whether alternate milestones (e.g partial acceptance) may be accepted if delays result from factors outside the Offeror's control like Government approvals, landlord readiness etc.)?

Through this RLP, the U.S. Navy can only occupy facilities that are complete and useable and meet the requirements as specified in the RLP and attachments.

After award, in the event there is schedule slip during completion of the TIs, Offeror would be required to provide an updated schedule to the Navy for review and consideration.

15 RLP Section 1.3 (e) states that the Navy will conduct a security survey for each facility offered and determine a risk rating, The security survey may take up to forty-five (45) days following receipt of offers and must be completed prior to award.

Could the Government confirm whether the security survey will be conducted before construction for new builds?

This is at the discretion of the Navy. If the facility proposed is a new build, the Navy will rely heavily on the details provided in the Offeror's proposal to assess compliance with the security requirements described in the RLP. A security survey may still be performed by the Navy at the proposed site and input provided based on the proposal.

RLP LI-14305 Pre-Proposal Inquiries

16 RLP Section 1.3 (e) states that the Navy will conduct a security survey for each facility offered and determine a risk rating. The security survey may take up to forty-five (45) days following receipt of offers and must be completed prior to award.

Could the Government confirm whether proposals will be deemed ineligible if the offered facility is not available for survey within the 45-day period?

This is at the discretion of the Navy. Please refer to Question #15 for response to this question of the facility proposed is new build. If the facility proposed is existing and the Navy is not allowed access to perform a security survey within the specified timeframe, the Navy may be unable to complete evaluation of the Offeror's proposal.

17 RLP Section 2.1 (F)(7) states that rent shall be paid at a quarterly frequency, in advance and that the Navy's preference is for rent to be paid semi-annually but it is not a requirement.

Could the Government clarify whether a lump-sum payment option would be acceptable after the first year of the lease term, provided that all required services and conditions are met?

Offerors may propose an alternative rent payment frequency for rent. For example, if an Offeror wishes to receive rent in an annual payment frequency, this can be proposed.

This section is not applicable to the proposed costs for tenant improvements. Any agreed-to costs for tenant improvements, whether as a one-time lump sum payment or amortized over a period of the lease, can only be paid upon their completion and written acceptance by the Navy's Real Estate Contracting Officer or his/her designated representatives.

Offerors may not propose a higher overall rent as an alternative to proposed cost for tenant improvements. This would be treated as a progress payment, which will not be accepted.

18 RLP Section 2.3 states that Offerors may submit offers that are alternative to the requirements of the RLP and attachments at their own discretion. Acceptance of an alternative offer is a unilateral decision made solely at the disrection of the Navy.

Could the Government confirm whether final design approvals must be in place for a proposal to be considered substantially complete?

A completed final design is not required for your submittal. Offerors must ensure that an appropriate level of design is completed prior to submittal to ensure that the proposal captures the requirements of the RLP and proposed costs are justified.

19 RLP Section 2.3 states that Offerors may submit offers that are alternative to the requirements of the RLP and attachments at their own discretion. Acceptance of an alternative offer is a unilateral decision made solely at the disrection of the Navy.

Could the Government confirm whether a schematic design package and compliance matrix will be accepted as a substantially complete proposal?

Offerors may include in their submittal a schematic design package and compliance matrix to support Navy's review of their proposal.

20 RLP Section 2.3 states that Offerors may submit offers that are alternative to the requirements of the RLP and attachments at their own discretion. Acceptance of an alternative offer is a unilateral decision made solely at the disrection of the Navy.

Could the Government confirm whether an alternative seismic certification will be accepted under an alternative offer?

Please refer to RLP Section 5.7 "Seismic Safety".

If this response is not satisfactory, please provide additional context.

21 RLP Section 2.9 (a) (6) states that the Navy requires space to be compliant with all applicable criteria per Sections 1.3,

5.0 and 6.0.

Could the Government confirm whether ongoing compliance will be accepted for new builds where no facility yet exists?

Proposals must describe how the proposed facility(ies) will meet the compliance requirements of the RLP.

RLP LI-14305 Pre-Proposal Inquiries

22 RLP Section 5.7 states that the Offeror must provide a written certification from a U.S. licensed professional structural engineer who is qualified to practice structural and earthquake engineering in the Philippines, and has at least five (5) years of experience in the seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings.

Could the Government confirm whether a design-certification from a U.S.-licensed seismic engineer will be accepted in lieu of a physical inspection of an existing structure?

For non-exisiting structure (e.g. newly constructed building specifically designed and constructed for the RLA) a design certification by a U.S. Licensed Structural Engineer is acceptable. However, exisiting building used for the RLA must undergo a physical inspection and strucutral and seismic evaluation by a U.S. Licensed Structural

Engineer, in accordance with the requirements of UFC 3-301-01 and ICSSC RP-10.

The Certificate of Sesmic Compliance for Existing Building must be completed, signed, and sealed by the U.S. Licensed Strucutral Engineer.

In addition for for exisiting structure, the U.S. Licensed Strucutral Engineer must also provide verification that the exisiting structure is also capable of supporting the imposed non-sesmic loads (i.e. gravity, wind, snow, etc) associated with the proposed occupancies/use for the RLA in accordance with UFC 3-301-01.

23 RLP Attachment G Section III (17) (a) states that Offerors may request in their proposal for lease terms to include the opportunity request economic price adjustment to account for fluctuations in utility costs.

Could the Government confirm whether economic price adjustments would be considered for compliance-driven construction requirements (e.g., seismic upgrades, ATFP features etc.) imposed after award?

This may be considered by the Navy but an economic price adjustment is not guaranteed. Offerors are requested to propose accordingly per the requirements described in the RLP and its attachments.

In the event an offeror is awarded a lease and requests an economic price adjustment post award, the Offeror would be required to submit a formal request to the Real

Estate Contracting Officer with supporting documentation and justification for review and consideration. Such decision is at the discretion of the RECO.

If a new requirements or scope of work item is requested post award by the Navy, that will be treated separately.

24 RLP Attachment H (GSA Form 12000) should be completed after an inspection of an existing building depending on which floor the proposed offer space is located within a building.

Could the Government confirm whether design-stage documentation stamped by U.S.-licensed fire protection and ATFP engineers will be accepted for new builds in lieu of GSA Form 12000?

GSA Form 12000 is required whether it's new construction or existing buildings. All designs must still be stamped by a licensed engineer.

For engineer review requirements, ensure all designs are reviewed and stamped by a licensed engineer. Submit documentation confirming this review.

25 RLP Attachment H (GSA Form 12000) should be completed after an inspection of an existing building depending on which floor the proposed offer space is located within a building.

Could the Government confirm whether iterative design reviews (30/60/90%) by licensed Subject Matter Experts will be accepted in lieu of completed building records?

Yes, if the proposed property is new build.

26 The Certificate of Seismic Compliance asks Offerors to attach ASCE/SEI 41-17 Checklist(s) Structural, Nonstructural, and Geologic Site Hazards and Foundation which is an evaluation standard for existing buildings.

Could the Government confirm whether the ASCE/SEI 41-17 compliance standards apply to newly constructed facilities?

This is applicable to existing and new buildings.

27 Post-Award Site Preparation & Landlord Dependencies: The proposed site requires extensive landlord-led site prep including roads, drainage, grading, and other utilities .

Could the Government confirm whether post-award site preparation would be accepted in the schedule?

Please detail such in the schedule to support evaluation of overall proposed scheduled and beneficial occupancy date.
