About this file
This document is a Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) LI-14305, Attachment G, which is a form for potential lessors to propose commercial space for lease to the U.S. Navy. The Navy seeks a lease for a five-year term, with space to be ready for occupancy by September 30th, 2026, and preferences include one-time lump sum or amortized payments for tenant improvements (TIs). Key lease terms include the Navy's ability to terminate the lease after the first year with 120 days' written notice, with potential compensation only for unreimbursed TI costs.
Offerors must submit a detailed proposal via DoD Safe File Exchange to specific Navy contacts (Zachary Schuhart and Barbara Buckhalter), covering property details, total annual rent for five years, utility and maintenance costs, and tenant improvement expenses. The proposal requires comprehensive information about the property, including total net square meters, building age, construction type, parking spaces, and other specifications. Proposals must include an itemized breakdown of TIs, with the Navy preferring a lump-sum payment upon completion and written acceptance of all improvements.
