The Contractor must submit resumes of all key personnel to the Government that documents the following Qualification Requirements:
Position Minimum Qualification Requirements
Program Manager / Project Manager - Experience with both Beam and Trolley (B&T) and Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) fall protection systems
- 10 years design-build construction management experience, BS degree in construction management or engineering related field, and at least one of the following certifications or registrations:
- Active Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certified by the Construction Manager Certification Institute.
OR
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by the Project Management Institute
OR
- Active Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) certified by the American Institute of Constructors & Constructor Certification Commission
OR
- Active Designated Design-Build Professional certification administered by the DBIA
OR
-Active Licensed Professional Registration in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, or Pennsylvania.
If no Certification or License, then Project Manager must have 20 years of Construction Management experience.
Designer of Record
- Professional Enginner (PE) licensed in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, or Pennsylvania
- 5 years of experience designing and certifying fall protection systems
Designer of Record - BS degree in an engineering or architectural discipline.
- 10 years of design experience.
- Active Licensed Professional Registration in Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, or Pennsylvania.
Reviewing Engineer
Site Safety and Health Officer
(SSHO)
- 5 years of continuous construction industry safety experience in supervising/managing general construction or three years if they possess a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or safety and health degree.
- Must have completed the 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety Class or, as an equivalent, 30 hours of formal construction safety and health training covering the subjects of the OSHA 30-hour course (see EM385-1-1, Appendix A, paragraph 3.d.3) applicable to the work to be performed and given by qualified instructors.
Quality Control Manager - Refer to PFGS
Fall protection System Maintenance & Repair Mechanic
- Shall be qualified to work on fall protection system equipment in accordance with manufacturers' requirements for both Beam & Trolley (B&T) and Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) systems.
On-site Coordinator/ Site Superintendent
-5 years of experience working on both Beam & Trolley (B&T) and Horizontal Lifeline (HLL) systems.
-10 years of experience as Construction Site Superintendent -Completion of OSHA training
