About this file
This document is a government file related to a state and local contract opportunity issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). The contract opportunity is for the implementation of a fully developed, hosted, and maintained Software as a Service (SaaS) system/solution for touch-free parking in parks and revenue collection. The project overview includes details on the required system capabilities, such as on-site and mobile payment options, integration with existing park infrastructure, and data reporting. The contract opportunity does not specify item quantities, response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder's meetings, award dates, or the term of the contract.
The pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, current environment, funding requirements and sources, and other salient information are not provided in the document. The key details focus on the products or services requested and the agencies, consortiums, and/or jurisdictions involved in the state and local contract opportunity.
