About this file

This document is a job aid that provides step-by-step instructions for creating a quote in the COMMBUYS system in response to a bid from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). The bid is for the implementation of a fully developed, hosted, and maintained Software as a Service (SaaS) system/solution for touch-free parking in parks and revenue collection. The bid includes details on the purchaser, department, contact information, bid type, ship-to and bill-to addresses, bid dates, and required goods/services.
