Proposers must have a minimum of three years of experience providing pressure washing services to public buildings. Mandatory pre-proposal conferences and site visits are scheduled for December 17-18, 2025. Written questions are due by December 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM, with proposals due January 14, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Notice of intent to award is anticipated by February 18, 2026, with price agreement execution targeted for February 28, 2026. The Price Agreement will have an initial two-year term with no maximum term limit.

The total contract value is not to exceed $150,000 for the entire agreement term, with individual purchase orders not exceeding $150,000.
