About this file
This file is a Key Personnel Designation submittal for an Automatic Door Maintenance, Repair, Replacement, and Inspection contract with the City of Austin, Texas. The document establishes the contractual requirement that the Contractor maintain the same key personnel throughout the engagement term. Should replacement of any key personnel become necessary, the Contractor must assign an individual with equivalent experience and competence and obtain City approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. The designated key personnel include a Contractor Contract Manager position and multiple City Contract Manager and Administrator roles across various departments including Austin Energy (Collin Marsaw), Austin Finance Management (Julie Strickland), Austin Water (Georgia Billela), Austin Public Records (Raymond Benavidez), Aviation (Brad Buechler), and Austin Community and Convention Development (Adrian Trevino), along with a City Procurement Specialist (Jackie Nunez).
The submittal document does not address pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other financial considerations. The Key Personnel Designation serves as a project management and oversight mechanism, ensuring continuity of communication and accountability between the City and the Contractor throughout the contract period by identifying specific individuals responsible for contract administration and departmental coordination across the multiple City agencies that will utilize automatic door maintenance and repair services.
