Interior and Exterior Window Washing Services Bid Document

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) document for the State of Texas for interior and exterior window washing services. The procurement seeks qualified contractors to provide comprehensive window washing services for state facilities. The bid document outlines specifications for both interior and exterior window cleaning operations, including frequency requirements, quality standards, and service areas to be covered under the contract. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids by the specified deadline, with evaluation based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The contract term includes an initial service period with potential renewal options to extend the engagement based on contractor performance and state needs.

The pricing structure requires bidders to provide unit costs or lump sum pricing for window washing services, with payment terms contingent upon satisfactory completion and inspection of work. The document may include set-asides for small businesses or minority-owned enterprises as applicable under Texas procurement regulations. Funding for this contract is provided through the state budget, with costs charged to the appropriate department or agency utilizing the window washing services. Bidders must demonstrate capability to perform services at multiple locations if applicable and provide evidence of insurance, bonding, and necessary equipment to execute the scope of work effectively.
