About this file

This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) document for the State of Texas soliciting interior and exterior window washing services. The project encompasses regular cleaning and maintenance of windows at unspecified state facilities. The IFB requires bidders to provide comprehensive pricing for window washing services, including labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work to specified standards. The solicitation establishes a formal bidding process with sealed bid submission requirements. Bidders are expected to examine all bid documents thoroughly and comply with all specifications outlined in the scope of work. The contract term and specific performance schedules, site locations, mandatory site visit requirements, and bid submission deadlines are detailed within the supporting documentation referenced in this bid package.

Pricing must be submitted in accordance with the bid form provided, with costs covering all aspects of service delivery including labor, materials, equipment, and any required insurance or bonding. The solicitation does not specify set-asides for minority or disadvantaged businesses, nor does it identify an incumbent contractor. Funding source and total contract value have not been disclosed in this summary document. Bidders must demonstrate capability to perform services meeting Texas state standards for facility maintenance and cleanliness. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all bid requirements and specifications.
