About this file
This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) attachment document for the State of Texas concerning interior and exterior window washing services. The solicitation requests comprehensive window cleaning services for an unspecified facility or facilities operated by the state. The document establishes the technical requirements and specifications that bidders must meet to be considered for award. The IFB process indicates a competitive bidding environment where interested contractors must submit formal bids in response to detailed scope requirements. Specific response deadlines, site visit opportunities, and any bidder's conferences would be outlined in the primary IFB document, though this attachment focuses on supporting technical specifications and requirements. The contract term and any renewal options are governed by the principal IFB documentation.
Pricing for the window washing services shall be submitted by qualified bidders in accordance with the bid schedule requirements contained in the main solicitation document. The state may have established set-asides for disadvantaged business enterprises or other protected classes as applicable under Texas procurement regulations. The funding source and contract amount are determined through the competitive bid evaluation process, with award going to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the best value to the state. Any incumbent contractor information and specific performance standards related to the current service environment would be documented in the primary IFB and related exhibits.
