QUESTIONS & ANSWERS/RESPONSES
4/12/2026
1. In the proposal instructions it mentions Attachment 1 but there was no Attachment 1 in the SAM.gov attachments for this solicitation. Could you please provide that one?
RESPONSE: The Attachment 1 mentioned in the “proposal instructions” is the Pricing Sheet, which starts on page 36 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation.
2. Is there no mandatory site visit? RESPONSE: There is no mandatory site visit.
3. In the PWS it mentions Technical Exhibit A as far as a sample menu. There wasn't a Technical Exhibit A in the attachments for this solicitation. Could you please provide that one?
RESPONSE: Technical Exhibits A (Sample Menu) and B (Workload Estimate) were both mentioned in the Performance Work Statement and included as excel documents in the Technical Exhibit section. However, some interested parties could not access the excel documents. Both Technical Exhibits have been incorporated as word documents.
4. To confirm, the foods and menu will be provided by the government and the contractor is to provide meal preparation and serving along with all dietary training and management?
RESPONSE: With the exception of the government providing the food and sample menu, the remaining text is correct. The successful offeror will provide the food (see paragraph 7 on the 1st first page of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and paragraph 1.3.1 of the performance work statement).
As for the menus, the government will provide “sample” menus (see Performance Work Statement paragraphs 1.4 and 5.2, and Technical Exhibit A)
5. To confirm, the kitchen is on site and fully equipped.
RESPONSE: Confirmed
