PLACE OF PERFORMANCE
The work shall be performed at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Charleston, South Carolina. Section C provides additional information regarding the location and description of the facility.
F.3
POST AWARD CONFERENCE
Prior to commencing work, the Contractor shall meet in conference with the Contracting Officer, at a time to be determined by the Contracting Officer, to discuss and develop mutual understandings relative to scheduling and administering work. The Contractor will be given five (5) working days notice prior to the date of the conference by the Contracting Officer. The conference will be held at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Charleston, SC.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD AND TERM OF THE CONTRACT
The base period of the contract shall not to exceed 365 days from date of contract award. Subsequent to contract award, a Notice to Proceed will be issued.
The contract includes four (4) option periods consisting of 12-months each period. The contract also contains three (3) award incentive option periods consisting of 12-months each period. If all options are exercised, the total contract period shall not exceed 96 months.

DELIVERABLES
Required reports, inventory schedules, charts, samples, Quality Control Program, and other miscellaneous requirements shall be delivered to the Contracting Officer and/or Contractor in accordance with the timeliness outline in Section J, Exhibit F-1.

GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION OF ANTICIPATED DIFFICULTY / DELAY
In the event the Contractor encounters difficulty in meeting performance requirements, or when he/she anticipates difficulty in complying with the contract delivery schedule or completion date, or whenever the Contractor has knowledge that any actual or potential situation is delaying or threatens to delay the timely performance of this contract, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer, in writing, giving pertinent details; provided, however, that this data shall be informational only in character and that this provision shall not be construed as a waiver by the Government or any delivery schedule or date, or any rights or remedies provided by law under this contract.
