You are encouraged to attend this Conference as you will not be permitted to question neither the incumbent contractor staff nor the FLETC staff.
Any verbal question that has been asked or answered during this site visit MUST be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer within seven (7) days of this Pre-Proposal Conference (NLT 24 July 2008). Questions that have not been submitted in writing and answered on an Amendment are considered as not being asked nor answered.
