HCPS_Water_Fountain_Location_List.xlsx

This file is a water fountain location list for Hillsborough County Public Schools (HCPS) in Florida, detailing the specific sites and room numbers where drinking fountains and ice machines requiring filter services are currently installed. The document comprises a comprehensive inventory of water fountain and ice machine locations across the district's elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, career centers, and exceptional education centers. The list identifies fountains by school name, geographic region (East, West, or Central), room/location number, and fountain type—either PGV8EBF or PWEBF models—with some locations marked as "Non-Compatible." The inventory spans dozens of schools throughout Hillsborough County, with fountain placements ranging from individual classrooms and hallways to outdoor locations such as baseball dugouts and athletic facilities.

This location list supports the associated contract opportunity for drinking fountain and ice machine filter services, which requires vendors to provide all necessary labor, materials, and replacement filters in compliance with local, state, and ASHRAE/OSHA regulations. Filter changes are anticipated every six months based on current usage patterns and fountain condition indicators. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintaining the district's filter change log, updating it as sites are added, fountains are removed or replaced, or equipment brands are changed. The comprehensive nature of this location list—encompassing hundreds of individual fountain installations across multiple school sites—demonstrates the scale and complexity of the filter service requirements for the Hillsborough County school system.
