FRFP 64: Reference Section L, Paragraph L8.4.3.2.2.2. Given the 70 vendors and thousands of parts for the
DISN Maintenance Agreements, in order to meet the requirement to include supporting documentation (e.g., vendor quotes), a very large amount of documentation will need to be provided.
Request that the requirement to provide supporting documentation be removed from the RFP. The documentation will be on file and available if needed.
FRFP 64: The documentation on file is sufficient for the maintenance agreements.
We will request a sample of the documents during our review. However, we do need to see the detailed listing (bill of material) referencing the source document.

FRFP 65: Reference: L7.8(2)(b)
Question: L7.8(2)(b) states, "Offerors are encouraged to limit file size to
2.5MB to reduce delay in downloading proposals over the Internet." For some of the proposal sections identified for upload to the DITCO web site, the file sizes will likely exceed 2.5MB because of the number of pages included in the section (e.g., Volume II, Factor 1, Technical/Management). Where files exceed 2.5MB, should the offeror create multiple files for uploading purposes or will the DITCO system accommodate larger files?
The intent of the referenced paragraph is not to limit the size of the files to be uploaded/downloaded to the DITCO web site.
The intent of the referenced paragraph is to advise offerors that files exceeding 2.5MB may result in downloading delays.
