About this file
This is an Immigration Certification form issued by the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division in conjunction with the Beach Compatible Sand Supply solicitation (ITB #26-8632). The form requires all vendors submitting proposals or bids to be enrolled in the E-Verify employment eligibility verification system at the time of bid submission. Acceptable evidence of enrollment includes a copy of the properly completed E-Verify Company Profile page or a fully executed E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding for the company. Failure to provide such documentation will result in the vendor's submission being deemed non-responsive and ineligible for award consideration.
The form serves as a vendor attestation of compliance with federal immigration laws, specifically the 1986 Immigration Act and subsequent amendments, as well as Florida Statutes 448.095. Vendors certify under penalties of perjury that they do not knowingly employ unauthorized alien workers and agree to comply with the E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding requirements. Collier County reserves the right to consider employment of unauthorized aliens a violation of Section 274A(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act and grounds for unilateral contract termination. The form requires signature by a duly authorized corporate representative with proper title and date documentation.
