About this file
This is an Immigration Certification form issued by the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division in Florida for vendors responding to the Beach Compatible Sand Supply invitation to bid, which is grant-funded through the Coastal Zone Management Division. The form establishes mandatory compliance requirements for all bidders submitting proposals, with no specific project timeline, quantities, site visits, or bidders' conferences detailed in this certification document.
Vendors are required to be enrolled in the E-Verify program at the time of proposal submission and must provide acceptable evidence of enrollment, such as a copy of the E-Verify Company Profile page or executed Memorandum of Understanding. Failure to provide this documentation will render the vendor's submission non-responsive. Collier County will not award contracts to vendors who knowingly employ unauthorized alien workers, and such violations constitute grounds for unilateral contract termination. Vendors must attest to full compliance with the 1986 Immigration Act and its amendments, Florida Statutes 448.095, and the E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding. The certification form requires signature by a duly authorized corporate representative under penalties of perjury, confirming the accuracy of submitted information.
