About this file

Form 3: Immigration Certification is a compliance document required by Collier County, Florida for the Public Safety P25 Radio System Maintenance and Support Services RFP No. 25-8334. The form mandates that all vendors submit proof of enrollment in the E-Verify program at the time of proposal submission, with acceptable evidence including a copy of the E-Verify Company Profile page or fully executed Memorandum of Understanding. Vendors must attest to full compliance with applicable immigration laws, specifically the 1986 Immigration Act and subsequent amendments, as well as Florida Statutes 448.095, and acknowledge awareness of E-Verify requirements operated by the Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration. The form requires a duly authorized corporate representative to certify under penalties of perjury that the information provided is accurate. Failure to submit the required E-Verify enrollment documentation will render a vendor's proposal non-responsive.

The Immigration Certification form establishes that Collier County will not award contracts to vendors knowingly employing unauthorized alien workers in violation of 8 U.S.C. Section 1324a(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, and reserves the right to consider such employment a violation subject to unilateral contract termination. Vendors must complete the form with company name, date, signature, and title of the authorized representative. This certification requirement applies uniformly to all bidders for the comprehensive P25 radio system maintenance contract, which historically represents approximately $1.75 million in annual county spending and is structured for a ten-year initial term with two optional five-year renewals.
