About this file

This document is an Immigration Certification Form (Form 3) from the Collier County Procurement Services Division, Version 2 dated 9.2.25. The form requires vendors submitting proposals/bids to be enrolled in the E-Verify program, which verifies employment eligibility. Vendors must provide proof of E-Verify enrollment at the time of proposal submission, either through a completed E-Verify Company Profile page or a fully executed Memorandum of Understanding. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the vendor's submission being deemed non-responsive.

The form outlines Collier County's strict policy against employing unauthorized alien workers, referencing specific legal provisions including 8 U.S.C. Section 1324 a(e), Section 274A(e) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, and Florida Statutes §448.095. Vendors must attest to full compliance with immigration laws, specifically the 1986 Immigration Act and its amendments. The county reserves the right to unilaterally terminate contracts if a vendor is found to be in violation of these employment eligibility requirements. The document provides a certification section for vendors to sign, affirming their compliance under penalties of perjury.
