About this file

This is a roofing contract evaluation template designed for vendors responding to the Department of the Air Force's Roofing, Repair, and Replacement Follow-on (R3F) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). The template requires vendors to provide company information, point of contact details, and document their capabilities across seventeen distinct roof types specified in the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS).

Vendors must indicate their ability to install each roof type, provide evidence of manufacturer certifications for their installers, and confirm their capacity to meet warranty requirements ranging from 10 to 30 years depending on the roof type. The roof types evaluated include Cold Liquid-Applied Reinforced Polymethyl Methacrylate, Asphalt Shingles (both Architectural Laminated and Three-Tab variants), Slate Shingles, Concrete and Clay Tile Roofing, Metal Roof Panels, Built-Up Asphalt Roofing, Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing, EPDM, PVC, TPO, Protected Membrane Roofing, Mesh Reinforced Elastomeric Coating, Sprayed Polyurethane Foam, and Standing Seam options in both steel and aluminum. For each roof type where vendors claim capability, they must provide project references including customer contact information, project location, brief descriptions, roof slope type per UFC 3-110-03, manufacturer names, square footage, and project completion dates. This evaluation mechanism supports the Air Force's five-year IDIQ contract vehicle for roofing services across multiple geographic regions.
