(April 11-14, 2017). The one-on-one sessions will ONLY accommodate companies that qualify as a
Small Business under the 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services NAICS code, this information will be verified prior to confirmation of one-on-ones. Please limit your number of one-on-one participants to no more than (4) four people. As there are a limited amount of 20-minute slots in the four day period (including lunch/breaks), sessions will be accommodated on a first come, first serve basis.
There will be two teams of Government personnel to host the one-on-one session to aid in accommodating a high volume of vendors. One-on-one sessions are (in-person) only; no dial-in options are available.
*It is not a requirement that vendors attend Day 1 of Industry Week to obtain a one-on-one appointment.
Please schedule travel arrangements accordingly.
The SBEAS team will submit an email to each vendor confirming the one-on-one session dates, times, and locations.
*Note: Vendors will not be allowed to take more than 20 minutes for each session; each session shall start on time. If a vendor is late arriving to the session, they will only be allotted the remaining amount of time to conduct the session.
