Step 2In column C, Offeror shall click the check box for each technical element where a technical narrative will be provided to support the claimed points.Note 1: Only enter responses in columns C and F.

Note 2: For each technical element where offeror checked yes in column C, column E will auto-populate with the applicable score from column D.

Note 3: Offeror must refer to L & M Section 3 and Definition of Terms for a complete and detailed explanation of each element. Offeror must use documents listed above simultaneously with Self-Scoring Worksheet.
